I specialize in bringing the facts to your corner. I'm dedicated to understanding the results you want and to helping you understand what actions I can take on your behalf. I will work with you every step of the way to make sure that you understand the choices you are making.
Communication is Critical
Communication between myself and the client is most critical to a good relationship to fully understand your case. I do not use contractors for investigative tasks, only my experience can get you the best outcome.
My experience working in the Los Angeles area for 36 years has given me an opportunity to have learned great communication skills while helping members of many different ethnic groups, the wealthy, the famous, the homeless, the poor and the middle class. My understanding and respect for many cultures and customs have helped me become very successful during my investigations.
Legacy of Success
I have been a working private investigator for 24 years, 12 years in law enforcement and has a proven track record of success. I use that experience to help you down a path to the results you need. Schedule your free phone consultation today.
Robert P. Royce
In 1982, I started in the criminal justice system as a Deputy Sheriff in Orange County, CA. I was assigned to the Santa Ana, CA office. In 1984, I tested for Huntington Beach Police Department which was one of the top two agencies in California. I tested with over 220 others for a single open position. I ended up testing number one and got the job. In 1994, I was hit by a car and retired. After a year of being confined to a bed, I started my own Private Investigation business. My business is gathering intelligence for special clients, civil rights violations and criminal defense. I have worked on some of the most high profile cases in Los Angeles County from Bill Cosby's son (Ennis Cosby) murder to Suge Knight's murder case to the Grim Sleeper serial murder case. I have done work for Judges' relatives and District Attorney's relatives when they get in a legal bind. I think outside the box and get the results my clients are looking for.
A witness or person of importance can't be interviewed unless you can find them!
I have learned how to find the missing witness. I have found over twenty witnesses law enforcement placed in the witness relocation program (State & Federal). The most difficult locates are homeless people. My years on the streets of Los Angeles have taught me methods to increase the chances of locating a homeless witness.
My investigation reports
I write my reports precise and to the point. I include all the important information my clients will need in making decisions or developing a strategy. I do not litter my reports with useless information that does not add to the client's issues.
I have testified in court over five hundred times. I have also testified as an expert witness (Human Trafficking) many times. My court testimony includes State court, Federal court, and Military court.
